What on earth have I done to my back?

Beginning of week I sneezed and I hurt my back. Sounds mad doesn't it? Since then I've sneezed quite a few times and everytime the pain is dreadful. It feels like a trapped nerve sort of feeling or someone twisting a knife into me. Today it's so uncomfortable it's making me feel sick.

Guess I should start with the paracetamol?

It's really frustrating cos I have so much to do around here. It's amazing how much it's limiting how much I can do.

I have done something similar in the past. I call it my 'cornflake injury'. Twanged my back reaching for cereals one morning. Pure agony. So yes, sparkler, paracetamol or brufen if you can take it, hot/cold compress, and keep moving. You might have torn a muscle, if it's still awful then a trip to GP might get you stronger painkillers. I feel for you, a bad back is a pain
