Can trapped gas/constipation cause arm pain?

Woke up this morning with really sharp pains in my lower abdomen and nausea. I have tried and failed to poop. I now have a dull ache all down my right arm into my hand. Is this linked? I had shoulder tip pain with gas after c-section, but not my whole arm

When I had my ds1 I had blinding pain in my arm and chest as a result of trapped gas but I would strongly strongly encourage you to get it checked out. Like you it was after my c section so I dont know if it is situation specific.
