Hi, recently my cousin passed away due to committing suicide and we were really close. I have rang in sick now for 7 days and am nervous about going to the doctors to get a sick note. I have had trouble sleeping and feel exhausted, physically and emotionally. I have started with headaches where the light hurts my head. And I just feel completely all over the place one minute crying and the next fine. I really don’t think I can face the stress of going back to work until the funeral is over and I feel more stable. If I go to the doctors with this will they feel it’s a leg image reason to provide a sick note? I’ve never had to do anything like this before, thanks in advance
