My 6 year old had mild diarrhoea on Monday and Tuesday evening - wasn't complaining of cramps or anything, just had loose stools a few times both evenings, but was fine during the day. He's been fine today. My stomach started to cramp and be very gassy on Monday night as well, but no diarrhoea. Tuesday evening, same thing again, bad cramps, only this time I also had a few bouts of diarrhoea.
Wednesday (today) I felt better during the day, ate reasonably normally and all fine. Only now come 9 o clock I can feel the cramps starting to build again! What is this and why is it only affecting us in the evening?!
