Tubs tied

Hi everyone I really need help from all of you I'm flipping out a little.
I have had my tubs tied now for 3 years but last night and all today my breast have been really really sore like the feeling you get when your breastfeeding and your breast are ready for feeding.
Also noticed white spots around my nipples.
Could I possibly be pregnant?

There is a failure rate (plumbing mysteriously reconnects, happens with vasectomy too), but it is pretty rare.

So it's not impossible, but it's pretty damned unlikely. POAS?

I would test first thing in the morning.
I've had mine tied and this is my worst nightmare, so I feel for you OP
