I don't know how I'm going to make it to the morning Sad I took 2x paracetamol about 3 hours ago, but it's not working. Is it safe for me to take ibuprofen?
I can't cope with this pain

Yes you can take 2 x paracetamol and 2 x ibuprofen at the same time. Ibuprofen is best taken with or just after food to avoid upsetting your tummy.

You have all my sympathy. I live on painkillers for my teeth...

Paracetamol and ibuprofen can get taken safely together (if you’re ok to take them separately). You can get codeine over the counter if there’s a pharmacy open nearby, but beware tablets with paracetamol in in case of accidental overdose.

If you have bonjella, you could try that on the gum. Rinsing with salt water or corsodyl might bring a little relief.

You have my utter sympathy. Toothache is horrible.
