Constantly feeling as if I'm getting a steaming cold - that never arrives

I'm at a loss.

Every winter, each week I have a couple of days feeling exactly like I'm going to wake up with a full on cold, but I don't.

So I feel a headache, thick head and heavy eyes, sniffles, aches, incredibly tired, hot sweats and generally nigh unto death. But then instead of it building to a crescendo over a few days like a normal cold or even flu, it stays the same for a couple of days and then I feel fine again, for a few days.

Asthma? Vit D deficiency? Allergy? Infection of something?

I'm
Bloody fed up
With it

That just sounds like a mild cold. Just normal.

I often get a feeling of getting a cold usually when I've not slept enough or spent too much time indoors and not had enough vitamin D.

Is it linked to anything you've eaten?

Whowantstogotothepark · 07/12/2019 03:37

I get that linked to stress.
