Went to the doctors as I suspected I had one. Did a sample and reception said yes, here is three days of antibiotics
Taken 2 days so far and I still have similar symptoms, pain in my side/stomach when I finish going and urge to go more often
When should I start feeling better?! 
I don't feel unwell as such but the pain is annoying
