Big toe nail

Any ideas what might be wrong ? Should I go to the GP or pharmacist? TIA

It looks like it could be a fungal infection. A pharmacist would know what to treat it with.

All your toe nails look whiteish. Are they all the same? Would definitely be worth popping to see the pharmacist first.

It's trauma. Do you remember stubbing it, doing sports like running, wearing high heels?

Yes some of the others are whitish - the big toe nail is most discoloured. I’ll go to the pharmacy in the morning for starters .Thanks

Looks like a fungal infection. They do stuff for it in the chemists but you aren't meant to use it if it effects more than two toes. I think a doctor would prescribe something similar (topical) or possibly anti fungal tablets depending on severity
