Anxiety headaches

Is this a thing? I keep getting sort of a dull ache at the front of my head but only in certain places like work lol artificial light etc - all stops at home - I am anxious and I googled and saw they can be front of head and dull - it's sort of a fuzzy feeling!

I get them behind one eye when I'm stressed.

I've googled (which I shouldn't with health anxiety ) but seems they might be tension headaches, dull fuzzy ache on my forehead! :(

I get these and I find ordinary pain killers don’t help. Bizarrely they go away with Alka Seltza. XS , the ones in the dark blue box. It might be worth a try. I think mine are caused by screens too.
