Flu like symptons or UTI

Yesterday I noticed a little discomfort when passing urine - felt sore around my bladder area. I've woken up this morning, still feeling the same in that regard, but I have a headache, sore throat, feel cold (my temp is 37.7c so not overly high) and my legs and feet ache.

Never had a UTI or cystitis before.

Any thoughts? I don't feel well enough to go to work (and they told me when I phoned there are lots of unexplained things going around at the moment) and certainly can't face a two bus journey to the doctor.

If you Google 'd mannose' it seriously helps with UTI pain or cystitis

Thanks for your reply, will look into getting some. Luckily I don't feel any worse this morning, so fingers crossed whatever I've got will solve itself without doctor.
