No joke.
I'm absolutely drained. I take 1000mg vitamin c that dissolves in water daily. I take 4000iu Vitamin D.
I take vitamin B and Iron.
I eat well.
I don't sleep very well. I have a 1 year old that is teething at the moment.
Don't know what else I can do to help myself stop getting poorly every 2 weeks. Its making me feel extremely low.

I haven’t been without a cold now for 6 weeks, well maybe the odd day of feeling ok. But I feel constantly bunged up. Started with a bad cough end of October, then full blown cold, left with a slight cough, now I feel snotty again 😞

My 15 year old daughter is the same, DP had the cough n cold in October but seems fine now. 12 year old daughter has so far escaped it all.

I can’t say I feel really poorly, just bloody fed up of not feeling great.

Plenty of fluids, and rest when you can is all I can advise.

I hope you feel better soon

I’d also recommend Schwabe Kaloba tablets, they’re about £10 off amazon.

I can’t say whether they work or if it was my own immune system but last winter I took them whenever I felt sniffly and didn’t develop a major cold.

I’d forgotten about them, so I’m off to order some now.
