Glass... Finger

What can I do about this tiny bloody piece of glass in my finger?
Broke a glass earlier, tried to clean it up and I can just tell I've got some in my finger.
I can't see it to take it out. Anythjng else I can do it will it come out on its own?

Magnesium sulfate paste under a plaster should bring it to the surface

Not that deep really. It just must be tiny.
