Does anyone take Cyanocobalamin 50mcg tablets for vitamin b12 deficiency? If so, do you have any side effects?

Are you sure it says 50 mcg? I take 20 times that, a 1000mcg pill every second day and no side effects. Not sure of which benefits you could have with such low dose
