Hi everyone. My DH had a molar removed from his mouth last Thursday. It was a broken tooth and the dentist had quite a job getting it out. In fact she couldn't get it all out some some of the root is still there.
DH is still in a lot of pain - having to take Ibuprofen and Paracetemol around the clock, and he is really suffering. No temperature or swollen throat though, so I don't think infected. I think he should go back for an xray to see what's what. What do you think?

Could be a dry socket, best to go back and get it looked at esp as the pain doesn't seem to be getting any better.
