Silent reflux, help

So today I was diagnosed with silent reflux and was reading the leaflet I was given, now it tells me I can't have fatty food, fried foods chocolate and all the stuff I love so I've been looking and for the life of me can't find what I can eat does anyone know anything about what I can have, tia

Lots of veg with grilled fish or chicken, seafood or mushroom risotto, stews and casseroles. Curry & rice, pasta with pesto or tomato sauce. Jacket potatoes with tuna & sweetcorn.

Try using a spray oil to use as little as possible when cooking.
