I take 30mg citalopram daily. My old shoulder injury is really, really painful today. I have no paracetamol or aspirin in (thanks DH). Is it too much of a risk to take just two ibuprofen - I know they are contraindications but how serious are they? Should I just ask DH to nip to the shop for me? I don't drive for medical reasons and nearest open one is 20 minute walk each way.
