Gallstone pain?

I had an ultrasound a month ago and it said I had 4 small gallstones, I've since been getting really bad wind, bad chest pain under the breastbone and in my left side which I'm thinking is really bad wind.. I'm also getting awful stomach pain which feels like labour pain on and off. Could any of this be linked to the gallstones?

Yep, get those bastards out, the pain only gets worse.

The doctors won't take them out, last time I went she told me the gallstones where small on the ultrasound and that they will pass.
