I'm booking in with GP tomorrow (if I can get an appointment) but offloading here as I'm stressed out with it all.

I feel so run down, absolutely exhausted all the time, no energy, no desire to do things I'd normally do. I look shit, pale, skin dry and awful.
The run up to my period is horrible, very short temper, crying, thinking everyone would be better off without me, breasts so painful and heavy. I then get a migraine the say before and 3 days in which leave me bedridden.

My joints hurt, walking in the summer hurt my hips and knees so much, my shoulder is stiff and fingers starting to swell at the knuckles.

I've always had a goid immune system but now catch every cold or bug going.

I'm 40, drink lots eat healthily and take vitamin and iron supplements.

I'm panicking I'm really ill. I don't do doctors, hate to bother them but none of this is time wasting us it?

I have similar op, I am 38. I am having blood tests for everything on Tues, had a chest xray on Friday too. Very nervous, although have a read about iron/ b12 deficiency, it fits my symptoms perfectly, and yours too.

Thanks, will read up on that.

Make sure the doctor checks your CRP levels and iron, I'd say thyroid also. Good luck.

Can they test for that aqua?

Have you tried a magnesium spray?
I went on a juicing/heath retreat and learned about its benefits there.
It's made a huge difference to me.
I spray it on my feet before going to bed.

I had similar problem this year and was very worried and anxious. The stress made my physical symptoms seem even worse. I convinced myself there was something horrifically wrong but when I found out there wasn’t, some of the symptoms eased off because the anxiety had caused a lot of my issues.
Vitamin deficiency was the first thing I thought of, possibly rheumatoid arthritis/ fibromyalgia. Hope you start to feel better soon

Sounds like peri. It won't show up on your blood panel unless you are extremely low in a hormone. I've started to combined pill to introduce a little oestrogen and the effects are astounding- I feel normal again. However there is a small risk of blood clots in your 40s and the GP was careful to ensure I'm not high risk for that. Hope you get on ok with the appointment.

Possibly Fibromyalgia?

wheresmyhairytoe · 11/11/2019 09:13

No appointments until next week so another week of worrying!
