For about 2 weeks now I have had a Mucocele towards the back on my mouth. Dentist confirmed Mucocele. I'm prodded & poked & popped it a lot over the two weeks.
I've done lots of salt washes & used cordsyol mouth wash.
It then goes away pretty much so I'll stop popping it & doing salt washes, then it comes back..
Then last night it felt like it had filled up again, so I looked in the mirror & right next to it Mucocele was a blood blister.. I suffer so bad with health anxiety & im worried this could be mouth cancer now.. I know I'm jumping 1000 steps.
could anyone tell me if this looks worrying or do you think I've basically caused trauma from poking around so much that I've caused a blood blister as well as a Mucocele..
