I thought is was widely regarded as a scam. It does not make scientific sense. I would suggest you speak to your GP instead if you are having ear trouble.

It’s woo bollocks. Get your ears syringed by your trained practice nurse instead.

It’s nonsense. Obviously.

I did it once in China. It was absolutely hysterical, I've never felt so stupid in my life, and it had absolutely no effect on my blocked ears!😆
