Neoplasm on the nose

Hello M, 21Y. 5 months ago, a neoplasm appeared on the nose. After 3 months, it was removed via laser. But over the month it has grown again, just a little less than it was. A month ago I went to the dermatologist, he did dermatoscopy, he said that everything fine. Please, look at the picture, what does it look like? I hope this is not cancer? Errr...I know mumsnet is famous for "can you see a line?" threads but jeez louise. You're asking a random selection of financial consultants, shop assistants, sheep farmers, solicitors on maternity leave, cleaners, psychiatrists, retired museum curators and student midwives whether you have skin cancer or not.

Or another doctor.
Who deals with skin, cancer, or skin cancer and is thus best placed to know what they are looking at.
