Could this be sciatica? Hurt my back and now a week later it's moved to my thigh. I may have twisted my leg yesterday but I can't remember for sure and I've had this sensation before when walking. During a previous similar bout of aches the doctor didn't think I had sciatica pain however having hurt myself the same sensation has returned. Sensation starts at the back of my hip and near spine then runs down the back, outside and front of my leg but feels more like it's deep inside, like an itch you can never quite reach.
