Drooping eyelid

Noticed that my lid is drooping and nearly hanging over the eyelashes on one eye? Anyone had this /done anything about it? It seems surgery is the only answer?

Unlikely, but could possibly be a symptom of Bell's palsy, go to see your GP for a diagnosis.
