Painful lymph gland

Back in January I went to my GP and had a painful lymph node checked out. With the family history of breast cancer he sent me straight to the breast clinic where I was scanned and it turned out that I have 2 cysts in my left breast.
The thing is though, I personally feel it's the lymph node that's swollen and I have stabbing pain in my arm pit. It's just started stabbing again this evening and I've had a feel and the lumpyness has changed and grown a bit.
I have no other symptoms, except for being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in August 2018. So wondering if the lymph node thing is related to that.
Has anyone else had this?? What was it in the end?!

I have Fibro and get swollen painful lymph nodes a lot, especially in my neck and armpits. I got them checked a couple of years ago and tests came back normal. The ones in my groin also become painful especially if in a flare up
