Visit the dentist or wait and see

I fell down this morning so about 5 hrs ago, just bruises and a cut lip (inside lip so maybe bit it). One front tooth is painful. It doesn’t seem lose. Do you think I need to see the dentist or wait and see? (Google search seemed to just give what to do if it is lose).

I would ring the dentist in the morning and explain what happened, then go by their advice in terms of making an appointment or waiting. Hope you are okay!

I'd go. I had a fall when I was pregnant (fainted) and I'd actually killed the nerve in my front tooth. I only realised a week or so later when the tooth turned pink because of the blood. I wish I'd just gone to the dentist immediately as they might have been able to do something to avoid root canal.
