Any private healthcare professionals around?

I was just wondering - do you get any sort of referral fees for referring private health patients? E.g. private physio refers to specific consultant...are they financially rewarded by consultant? Or is it more give and take, I'm that the consultant may return the favour? Obviously assuming professional thinks best course of action anyway etc etc etc

No referral fee, just what and who is best for the patient. Each and every time. Can only speak for myself, of course.
