Hi everyone wondering if anyone has any experience with this
Since comin Off the pill I'm having extreme Mood swings and I bled irregularly on the pill now my periods have stopped

It takes a little while for our bodies to adjust after coming off the pill. Your periods will return. I'm sorry about the mood swings, I found mine were far worse when I was on the pill but that's me. That part of it may settle soon though. Give it three months, if no better go to your GP.

Yes I did, I had a diaphragm. I didn't want to go back on the pill after childbirth, I'd had enough of that. I was careful with the cap, used it properly as per instructions and it worked. Lots of people my age and older did, it seems to have gone out of fashion now.
