Why does my leg feel like it is going to fall out of it's socket ?

It has been getting worse and worse all day, and now everytime I move it even slightly I am in agony and it feels like it will pop out of it's socket.

I can move it yeah, but even the smallest of movements really hurts, it feels like it wants to crack or something.

It is fine when I am sitting down, but as soon as I stand up OUCH.
