I've had IBS symptoms - constipation and wind. My GP recommended Movicol and said it wouldn't give me wind but it has. I am finding it did the trick with the constipation but the wind is embarrassing.

I stopped using Movicol. I've had bowel movements and still have wind and bad stomach aches.

I've had a blood test done to see if I am a celiac and I'm waiting for the results.

I'm wondering if I should go back to see my GP even if the tests are negative. Has anyone had any experience of these symptoms?

I'm suspected ibs, previously non-cealiac gluten intolerant. I sway between constipation and the opposite. I'm currently trialing isphagula (fybogel) - half a sachet a day as anything I take affects me quite a lot! It seems to be helping. Otherwise following with interest!
