Just wondering if anyone else has really light periods? I come of the pill 3 months ago after being on it for nearly six years so I can’t really remember what my periods were like beforehand. Now I barely even need to use a towel. They start as spotting just when I wipe after using the loo for a few days, get slightly heavier and then stop. Lasting 4-5 days. Is this normal? I have no period pain or anything and it’s much lighter than my bleed on the pill was. Oh I’m 39 xx
