Hi I live in a flat and my neighbours upstairs seem to come alive about 1030 at night , it sounds like they put on their tumble dryer which goes on til 12 . I have spoken to them and they said they would address situation but can anyone recommend any amazing earplugs that actually work please ?

Howard Leight ear plugs..I use the laser lite green ones as my ear canals are small. DH snores like a train and theyre all that works. You need to roll them before you put them in and let them expand. Goodluck OP

I e got the Boots foam ones (beige pack of 3 pairs) I used them for the first time a few nights ago and they worked well for me.

I use flare audio. They are a bit more expensive but they really work. I recommend the sleeep ones for night use.
