I have an account and a separate account for my son who is 12. I want to message my surgery with a query about him, rather than make an appointment but not sure if I can message from my account or need to do it from his. I know you can set yourself up to link accounts/be a proxy user but not sure if I need to if we both have an account. Have emailed them to ask but thought id check on here too, might be quicker!
