I'm 11 weeks plus 4 and for the last five days or so I've had bad pain around my lower back and hip. Not like cramps but a constant ache like I've pulled something. No bleeding or anything but I have ballooned quite quickly! I look like I'm about 6 months rather than 3! Is this normal or should I contact the midwife?
