Had a chest X-ray today and because I work at the hospital I managed to get a copy of the report. I'm not medical and couldn't find anyone to de code it. Hoping someone on here would know. Below is what is reported.

On the right there is a faint hazy lower zone opacification and somewhat blunted of the right costophrenic angle. Suggests low grade inflammatory/infective process. Repeat chest radiograph recommended in 6-8 weeks.

So it seems I've got some kind of infection or something? What does it mean pneumonia or chest infection?
Bit confused really.

Any help appreciated.
