Sounds like constipation or IBS to me? Can definitely give back ache, headache, low abdo pain and bloating and it makes me feel sick.

If it could be that, drink lots of water, try some prune juice/prunes. Go for a long walk etc. If all else fails, try senna or glycerine suppositories from the chemist.

Hope you feel better soon.

IBS?

Littlefish · 14/08/2007 10:04

There's some stuff called Buscopan and another called Colofac which I take when my IBS is really bad. You can get it at the chemist, or the doctor could probably prescribe it for you. However, I think drs take along time to diagnose IBS as it's only diagnosable by ruling out other things if you see what I mean.

Most of the time my IBS is manageable as long as I avoid stress as much as possible, drink lots of water, avoid spicy or fatty food.

I also take aloe vera juice every day which really, really helps.

thanks for the advice littlefish. i will go to drs to be on the safe side though
