Is this just eczema?

My 6 yr old does suffer from eczema but has a very spotty rash on her legs and buttocks at the moment which I've not seen before. Worth a trip to a GP or just keep smothering in Aveeno?

If it it were my child I'd probably give it a couple of days then take them to the GP. How long have they had it? It looks similar to the psoriasis I get but hard to see clearly in the photo.

Thanks @Tiredmum100. It's probably been a week but only a few days of slathering on moisturiser.
