Immune linked nerve issues?

Is there such as thing as peripheral neuropathy linked to immune reactions?

I'm really struggling with managing this.

We thought it might be slightly too
Much thyroxine but I've been down and back up and no change. It comes and goes but definitely worse when I'm battling something and possibly triggered by cold. Also Considering Raynauds?

Have you had your B12 and folate tested OP? Full blood count?
Pernicious anaemia (one of the causes of low B12) is an autoimmune disease and symptoms can include neurological ones. Thyroid problems and PA can often go together, so might be worth checking if you haven't already.

Yes I've just asked the Gp surgery if they were tested when this first really flared at Easter and it wasn't so I'm seeing the Gp on Monday. The only thing is that it does seem to vary during the day / hour and over the months. Wouldn't that be constant?

I'm battling a virus or reacting to the flu jab right now which seems to be making it worse. However, When I first went I did think it was circulation linked tbh. Unless that's going on as well! I do also get the "sock and gloves" feeling (which I learnt from the Gp.)

I find it hard to differentiate symptoms and also describe them.
