Would you be concerned about this rash

Had it since Saturday, started on one side of neck then spread to the other side and now seems to be creeping up my face

It's not particularly itchy and I have been taking antihistamines but not got rid of it

Its not even really red just very bumpy

Just to add, no not using new washing powder and not on any medications just started with the antihistamines when it came up Saturday

Is that the side you use your phone any sleep on by any chance?

Its on both sides. I have a newborn so going anywhere is a bit of a faff which is why I'm inclined to leave it

It looks a little bit like heat rash to me but I'm no expert if it's not itchy and not bothering you. Otherwise as above speak to your pharmacist/GP x
