Anyway, I'm currently on Depo Provera. Not sure if it has the same name in Britain, but it's a three month contraceptive shot. I've had the shot three times now, and I did not have a period before the last shot, which was a month ago now.

Yesterday I felt really nauseous, I had a stomach ache, though that did go away. Last night DH and I made sweet, sweet love and afterwards I experience abdominal and lower back cramping which I've only felt before during my first trimester of pregnancy with DS. This morning I was spotting a little.

I have taken a pregnancy test, and that's ruled that out, so what else might my body be doing with itself. Very confusing!

likely hood is that if u orgasmed (and i bloody well hope u did ) the contractions in your nether regions could of caused a little spotting, the pill/injection doesnt compltely stop the cycle,at worst it just makes the lining of the womb far to thin for an egg to attach, at best it can stop an egg being produced IYSWIM so normally u will still have a bit of blood that wouldnt normally come out but with the contractions and "disturbance" of sex it has been forced out...am i making sense oh and also it could be something like a cervical erosion?
