Constant Runny nose

Whenever I go outside my nose starts running and I'm forever wiping my nose with a tissue. I don't see other people do this, why does my nose always run (not badly but enough I need to wipe it)?

Oh mine does this too! I just thought I have particularly flared nostrils that let lots of cold air in 😁

Awaiting replies with interest . . .

Mine is like this too, if I go outside, especially if I'm gardening or walking briskly, and it always starts running when I'm eating - ugh!

I take antihistamine for this. Ran out this week, dripping nose back.

I have this when I have dairy , I don't usually have it so I know what causes it. It completely disappears when I stop dairy foods. Also Up your vitamin C .

Echinacea works well for the runny nose thing and so does sniffing ess. oil of mint , that's lovely.
