Codeine and Driving in England

Am I right in thinking you can't drive with any codeine in your system in England?

I know in Scotland you can, as long as it doesn't affect your driving but am visiting England so need to check.

It's only illegal if it's above prescribed limits and impairs your driving.

Ok great, its not and it doesn't!

You'll be fine if it's prescribed or over the counter therapeutic levels.
