I am due to have Piles removal later today. I have just been looking at it on the net and I am suddenly terrified.
I have suffered with them for years and bled a LOT over the last few months. It literally feels like glass sometimes when I open my bowels 
I can't sit down for long when they are bad and I just thought that having them removed would be a blessing after all this years. But now I've read how painful it is and Ive only got five days off work. I don't get sick pay either which means I don't want weeks off I can't afford it :-(
Anybody here had it done??
