Shower gel/cream for eczema

Hi

My dd gets eczema unless we are very careful. She has not had an outbreak for years as we have a good routine going. The trouble is that the cream we use for washing her body is in a tub and she is going away on a residential camp for a week.

Can anyone recommend a good shower cream that will keep her skin moist?

Many thanks

M

eucerin that you can buy at the chemist

Eucerin Dry Skin Relief Shower & Bath Therapy. They also do a shampoo that is great. (But I may be biased as Eucering was the only emollient over the planet able to keep DS's eczema under control)

It also comes in a handy small size bottle.

Hi Everyone

Thanks so much for your replies. I don't know what I'd do without the mumsnetters. I asked a pharmacist today and she was useless!

Best wishes

M
