Desperate for any advice/product recommendations as 3 week wait until my GP appointment!
Basically had an incident with underarm waxing, the wax pulled at my skin and left a sore red patch. This was back in August.
Shortly after, the patch became raw/red. It then settled into being very dark in colour, and cycling between itching/peeling/flaking flaking off. Dark colour doesn’t fade through this, the skin looks scaly up close.
I went to my GP who prescribed anti histamines and Bactroban gel. Neither has helped, if anything, the patch of affected skin is getting larger in surface area.
