Recurrent cystitis

Help! I keep getting cystitis, so far 4 times in past month, twice this week :-( im taking the over the counter remedies & drinking to try to flush it out & painkillers. Is there anything else i can do? If its still hanging around monday i'll call my gp but don't want to go to out of hours if i can help it. Thank you

Do you drink a lot of caffeine?if so after every cup have a glass of water and usual of drinking lots of water-I dont like cranberry juice find it makes it worse try the supplements if no avail you may have a water infection-antibiotics
