Wet myself whilst running.

My youngest is 5 months old now and I've just started running. I've been fortunate so far in not having any leakage after both my births. Anyway the other day I was running and felt a gush and I realised that I had wet myself slightly. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think I could improve this with more pelvic floor exercises? It completely freaked me out as I haven't experienced this before.
