Uncontrollable shaking of arm

Yesterday had a 30 minute period when about 10 times my right arm started shaking uncontrollably very jerky movements. Whole right side felt strange, not quite numb or tingly but similar and felt detached.

I am already awaiting a neurology appointment so can ask then but does anyone have any idea what could be? I was stressed at the time which is likely trigger but not sure what it was. Neurology appointment is as previously had a bad funny turn (few actually) and failed balance and co-ordination tests, weakness in right side and brain MRI showing white spots they think are TIA. Can move fine now. It felt a bit like what I imagine a focal seizure might feel like but DH thinks anxiety attack this time but thinks rest is neurological, not sure as stressed but 100% one sided and very different to panic attack, no sense of doom, no breathing issues etc. Previous issues have come on when infections / heat, no clear pattern though.

Thanks
