Threadworms in pregnancy

I’ve not been to the GP yet as I’ve only just clocked it (and seen them 😱). I’m 6-7 weeks pregnant and have two small children who probably brought them back home. Has anyone had any experience with this, everything I can find says that you can’t take the drugs in pregnancy. I can’t do another 34 weeks like this 😭

You treat those that can take the medication and use hygiene methods to get rid of yours

Thanks that’s helpful :) The drugs really don’t sound ideal... It’s such a nuisance

Yes unfortunatly I am in the same position! I notice mine about 2 weeks ago although I am nearing the end of my pregnancy. I went to the GP who said i can't take anything. I have just had to treat the dc and the rest of the family and now wait it out for mine to die whilst continuing with hygeine measues. I plan to breast feed so I don't think I can even take anything after the birth. It is such a horrible situation to be in isn't it!
