In hospital wide awake and just shattered

Monday was a normal 2 legged walking perfect
Tuesday hurt my toes small hairline fracture nothing to worry about

Sat morning blue lighted to neuro hospital severe spasms all night down lower back and leg never felt pain like it ended up with l6s1 disc and nerve damage (god knows how never had back problems in my life) sitting here can't pee properly no feeling at all have to self Catherise to get wee out, no NO2 since I think Friday and just feeling sorry for myself, miss my Dh and loosing will too live with the pain and they want to discharge me in the morning!

Discharge?? Have they ruled out Equina Cauda?

It's come up in conversation but no tests etc done just gave me the mini plastic catheter things to self use,

The hospital and the actual ward I'm in is so understaffed it's scary and mistakes are being made, serious ones as well,
